Del Webb Stone Creek provides an active, fun, and engaging atmosphere, from many charter clubs and special interest groups, to playing a game of cards in the Reunion Center. Play golf on a championship 18-hole course, or show off your fancy footwork in the ballroom, while listening to a live band. Join the softball team or spend a leisurely afternoon catching fish off of the pier. You’re sure to find new friends who enjoy your interests in this friendly, gated community.
The newly remodeled Reunion Center is the social hub of Del Webb Stone Creek, where you can meet for a game of pool, enjoy a snack at the Saratoga Café, or watch TV while playing a game of cards. Our full-time Lifestyle Director schedules monthly special events, seminars, and programs to keep you entertained and involved. Surf the Internet in the Wallstreet Room and use the meeting rooms for important conferences. The Stone Creek Grille and Pro Shop are also nearby for your enjoyment.
As a resident of Del Webb Stone Creek, your days can be filled with as much or as little activity as you'd like. Our Lifestyle Director, Kim, works hard to provide residents with clubs and classes designed to meet an array of interests. Our resident clubs are a great way to meet new people, explore new interests, or mingle with people who share the same hobby. At Del Webb Stone Creek, you can also take part in scheduled classes. How is the governing board structured?
The board consists of five members and is Developer controlled; there are three Developer Members and two Resident Members. As the community continues to mature and more residents move in, Developer Members will transition off the board and Resident Members will fill those seats.
What committees contribute to the governing board?
There are three committees that contribute to the governing board and those are: Architectural Review Committee, Compliance Committee, and Club and Amenities Advisory Committee.
Who operates the golf course?
The Club Corp operates the golf course.
Does the Association survey residents to find out about new interests?
Yes, the Association will occasionally survey residents to find out about new interests.
Are all the community activities included in the fees?
Some activities are available at no additional cost; some activities require a minimum cost. Activities are sponsored by the Association and available through both resident interest groups and resident charter clubs.
Does the Association have a reserve fund?
Yes. Reserve funds are maintained for future repair and replacement of assets that the HOA has long-term responsibility for, and are essential to a successful community. Reserves do not fund everyday expenses or more routine needs; the operating fund serves that.
How often are Association fees increased?
The Board reviews the budget annually and determines what increase, if any, is necessary.
Does the Association maintain all the amenities?
Yes, the Association maintains all amenities at Del Webb Stone Creek.
Does the Association have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
The Association provides a monthly newsletter; a Lifestyle website that includes special events, lifestyle programs of interest and some Association business; and a Connect Website that includes official Association business and account information.
Is there a process in place to get a new club chartered?
Yes, there is a process in place for new clubs to be chartered. There are also interest groups that can be formed. The Lifestyle Director can provide information on how to get either one started.
What are the rules for visiting grandchildren?
This is an age-restricted community and no one under the age of 19 may stay overnight for more than 90 days in any consecutive 12-month period. If someone under the age of 19 is using the amenities, as permitted in the rules, then he/she must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 19 or older at all times.
