OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Restrictions apply. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Del Webb Coastal Carolinas Instagram Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at the time it is announced (posted on brand’s Instagram page) on November 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 20, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry and who are registered users of Instagram. Employees of PulteGroup, Inc. ("Sponsor") or its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (collectively "Sponsor Parties"), and members of employees’ immediate family or persons living in the same household, are ineligible.

4. 4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Sweepstakes, you will need to be a registered user of www.Instagram.com (“Instagram”). If you do not have an account, visit Instagram to create one. There is no fee or charge to set up an account. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the respective terms of use and privacy notice of Instagram. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create an Instagram account.  

   To Enter: 

   1. Go to www.Instagram.com and log into your Instagram account;

   2. Visit the account page for Del Webb Coastal Carolinas (@delwebbcoastalcarolinas)

      3. “Like” the post announcing the Sweepstakes and add a comment to the post tagging a friend’s Instagram account

      4. Follow the Del Webb Coastal Carolinas Homes account 

      One entry per person is permitted. Entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple Instagram accounts in an attempt to circumvent the rules. The person submitting the entry must be the authorized account holder of such Instagram account, otherwise the entry may be deemed void. All entries must comply with the guidelines and content restrictions below. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ENTRY (INCLUDING YOUR USERNAME AND PROFILE PICTURE) WILL BE POSTED ON INSTAGRAM, WHERE IT MAY BE VIEWED, SHARED, AND COMMENTED ON BY SPONSOR AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

      5. GUIDELINES AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS. All entries must not contain material that (i) violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights; (ii) disparages or embarrasses Sponsor; (iii) is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; (iv) relates to lotteries, gambling, tobacco, alcohol or drugs, pornography, adult-oriented content or any other sexually-explicit material; (v) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or (vi) is otherwise unlawful.  If Sponsor determines that the content of the entry does not comply with these Guidelines and Content Restrictions, the entry may be withdrawn without notice from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

      By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor Parties a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, copy, reproduce, translate, dub, adapt, publish, exploit, display, and use the content of and elements embodied in the entry, in any media now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation, the Internet), for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

      6. DRAWING. A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, on our about November 20, 2025, to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and must sign and return any required Declaration of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All federal, state, and local taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor Parties to use winner's name and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

         7. PRIZE. One (1) KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer. Retail value: $500. Prize may not be transferred or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three(3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.
            
            

         8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold the Sponsor Parties and Instagram harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized holder of the Instagram account used for entry, and the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such Instagram account.
            
            

   9. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM. Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia. Entrant further agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Georgia.
