Board of Directors has 5 members; 3 are appointed by Del Webb; 2 are residents elected by Members.

Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests?
Yes. Del Webb recently built pickleball courts in response to resident requests.
Are all the community activities included in the fees?
Yes, except for some classes, events and trips.
Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes. The reserve is 100% funded.
How often are HOA fees increased?
There is no set schedule for assessment increases.
Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes, through staff and outside vendors.

Is there a process in place to get a new club chartered?
Yes. Currently there are 23 clubs and unchartered groups.
What are the rules for visiting grandchildren?
Up to 60 days in any calendar year are allowed.
Are there activities for visiting grandchildren?
Dedicated hours for use of some swimming pools. Visiting grandchildren can utilize the facilities if accompanied by a Resident Member.
