That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call River Pointe your home.


Items covered by the HOA: Daily Maintenance and Management of all common elements, including Clubhouse and gatehouse Trash removal Lawn care Snow removal includes, driveways, walkways, sidewalks and streets Onsite Full Time Lifestyle Director

HOA Dues - $290.00 per month Common Questions: How is the governing board structured? The River Pointe Homeowner Association Board is a 5 seat board. The builder company currently holds 3 seats and 2 seats are controlled by elected homeowners. What committees contribute to the governing board? Budget Finance, Clubhouse, Transition, Architectural Control & Landscaping Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests? Association surveys are sent out on an as need basis as per the board. Currently, the Lifestyle Director sends out a yearly survey regarding the homeowner feedback pertaining to clubhouse amenities and quality of Lifestyle Programs and Events Are all the community activities included in the fees? There are many activities on the social calendar that are free of charge. However there are some activities with and outside vendor fitness classes and day trips or events that have an additional cost. Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents? The association produces a newspaper every two months. The newsletter committee is responsible for contributing articles, photos in addition to layout of the paper. An outside publishing company handles advertisement and prints the paper. Is there a process in place to get a new club chartered? Wine, Bowling, Photography, Book and Computer are all chartered clubs here at River Pointe. Any homeowner who is interested in chartering a new club can speak to the Lifestyle Director for additional information. What are the rules for visiting grandchildren? Grandchildren are welcome up to 60 consecutive days Are there activities for visiting grandchildren? Grandchildren can use the facilities as long as they are accompanied by the resident. They can use the outdoor pool only during the summer and indoor pool during the non-summer months from 12:00pm to 5:00pm
