That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Bridgewater your home.

  • Lawn Care & Snow Removal – restrictions do apply
  • Upkeep of Common Areas, Shared sidewalks and Walking paths
  • Landmark Lodge – indoor & outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, lending library, computer access and more!
  • Amenities – 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce ball courts, pickleball court, putting green, catch & release fishing pond, and tot lot playground

Yes, periodically

No. Event & activity fees vary – none are covered in the HOA dues.

Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes.

How often are HOA fees increased?
As needed – there isn’t any specific schedule. Budget is reviewed annually and changes are made accordingly.

Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
Yes to both.

Is there a process in place to get a new club chartered?
Yes.

What are the rules for visiting grandchildren?
Always allowed to visit at the individual home. Grandchildren are always welcome to visit the Lodge as long as they are with their grandparent however, we offer specific swim times for them.

Are there activities for visiting grandchildren?
From time to time there are specific events planned for the grandchildren. Many such events are holiday related; Easter Egg Hunt, Santa’s Workshop, Halloween Trick or Treat, etc. We currently offer swim times for the kids on a daily basis.
