How is the governing board structured?
At present the Board is completely comprised of 3 Pulte Homes executives. There is a homeowner advisory committee of 12 homeowners.
What committees contribute to the governing board?
Budget, landscape, Chateau and Homeowner Advisory Committee.
Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests?
Yes, at least twice per year via the community web portal.
Are all the community activities included in the fees?
No, there are events held by the community, fitness and special interest groups that require an additional fee.
Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes, there is a reserve fund and a 20 year reserve study has been completed.
How often are HOA fees increased?
This is done on an as-needed basis. There was a 3% increase for 2012 over 2011.

What are the rules for visiting grandchildren?
Grandparents must be present with grandchildren in the Chateau. Fitness room is only open to those 19 and over. Swimming pool hours for those under 19 are M-Th 3-5, F 5-8 and S-Su 1-4.
Are there activities for visiting grandchildren?
Yes, there are frequently events centered around children/grandchildren.
