That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago your home.
Items covered by the HOA
- Shared sidewalks
- Weekly garbage and recycle pickup by Saguaro Environmental
- Private streets maintained by the HOA
- Recreation facilities (recreation center, sports courts, pools, common area grounds, walking trails inside the community)
- $144 monthly community association assessment
- Assessments collected monthly
- Master dues $288 yearly per household, ($72 paid quarterly)

No one under 4 years of age or with diapers is allowed in pools. No one under 19 is allowed in fitness center. Children swim hours are between 11am-1pm & 4-6pm.
