Celebrate by Del Webb, a PulteGroup, Inc. active adult community in Fredericksburg, Virginia, is the largest community in the country that is Green Certified through the National Association of Homebuilders’ (NAHB) Green Building Program. Celebrate is also the largest application of Low-impact Development in Virginia, and was awarded one of the inaugural PREP (Policy, Research, Education, Partnerships) awards for low-impact development by the EPA in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation.
