About Our Community
Whether they’re part of a smaller, more intimate setting or a large resort-style community, amenities are one way that Del Webb encourages residents to realize their full potential as individuals and as members of a community. Amenities are more than buildings and pools and fitness centers; they are invitations to meet your neighbors and explore new interests.
From Celebrate you can hike to the beautiful Rappahannock River, just a short distance from the community. Once there, you can canoe, kayak, or simply take in the gorgeous surroundings.
With the neighboring, award-winning Cannon Ridge Golf Club just a golf cart ride away, as a homeowner you can take advantage of the opportunity to improve your game.
The state-of-the-art 30,800-square foot Riverside Lodge just opened and includes an indoor pool and spa, fitness facilities, game/cards/billiards rooms, fireside lounge, indoor track and more. An outdoor pool, putting green, walking trails and tennis courts provide additional places to meet with friends and neighbors. A monthly activities calendar brimming with exciting events is distributed by Celebrate’s very own full-time lifestyle director.

Meet your Lifestyle Director
Celebrate by Del Webb has a fantastic full-time Lifestyle Director on staff, Linda Ferguson. Getting to know the residents is crucial to the success of the lifestyle program in a Del Webb community.
Linda was born and raised in Oakton, Virginia with her mother, father and sister. In 1997, she left to attend Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University graduating with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and double minor in Entomology and Technology Education. After graduation, Linda moved back to the Northern Virginia area. Following a brief period in the insurance industry, she joined Del Webb in 2004 and has held several positions within the organization. Linda was very excited when the Lifestyle Director opportunity came her way and was only too happy to accept!
Linda has a passion for people and a flair for fun. In her spare time, she enjoys chasing her nephew around or relaxing with a great book, but she also enjoys dinner parties, game nights, theatre/concerts, and bowling as well as taking advantage of the outdoors by boating, fishing, jet skiing, and riding her motorcycle.
Every moment Linda spends with the residents of Celebrate and planning the many activities on our lifestyle calendar is an inspiration to her. She looks forward to continue building an active lifestyle at Celebrate and getting to know all of the new residents!
