Del Webb Sweetgrass is the first Del Webb community in the area for those aged 55 and better.
This social and activities hub offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor heated pools, tennis, pickle ball, and bocce ball courts are all nestled along a large 50-acre lake and nearly 4 miles of walking trails.
The community's location provides easy access to many local conveniences as well as the nearby Sugar Land Town Square offering an abundant mix of shopping, dining and entertainment. Medical
Home to the nation's largest Medical Center just up US 59 near downtown Houston, there is an abundance of options. Just to name a few, three miles from our location is the Oak Bend Medical Center and up the street at the Grand Parkway and US 99 is Memorial Hermann Sugar Land.
Transportation
Del Webb Sweetgrass is approximately 38 miles from William Hobby Airport and just over 50 miles to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
