Jim and Linda Curtis
"After visiting Del Webb communities in three different states, we found it difficult to move away from our home state of Tennessee where our family resides. It was a dream come true when we learned that Del Webb was coming to Mount Juliet, TN. We were one of the first to move into our new home. We have the best of both worlds....our family close by and our extended family of the Del Webb Lake Providence neighbors."
Loyda Henderson
"Del Webb fits my life style because there are always so many activities for the residents and so many nice people!. There are parties almost every month, activities, outings, and socials every Friday night.
We came to Nashville just after my husband and I retired to visit our daughter and saw an advertisement for a new Del Webb here in Nashville. We toured the site plan and fell in love with the different floor plans, with the plan for the Clubhouse and everything that they had to offer. We came back the very next day and put a down payment on our house.
We've been here a year and a half now and we will never leave! Everyone here is so nice and Del Webb is a great place to live if you want to be active and meet the friendliest people. We would recommend Del Webb to any one who is looking for a place to enjoy the best time of their lives."
Mark and Martha Nelson
"We could not be happier with Del Webb, Lake Providence, and our life here. Thank you, Del Webb, for being such an outstanding company with the most professional people representing you. We would do it all over again, and that's saying something!"
Ann Kozy
"I wasn’t even looking for a new home. I only went with a friend who was thinking of buying one. But I fell in love with the beauty and the functionality of the whole Del Webb complex and the layouts of the homes. I just love my new home—especially being on one floor! It is the perfect space for me and I’m using all of it much more than I did my previous home. The building process was very easy and my building supervisor stayed in constant contact with me, explaining everything that was happening as well as what would happen. Everyone here is so friendly—the Del Webb representatives, the Pulte people and of course the residents. How does it get any better than this?"
Day pass
It is a time-honored tradition among Del Webb residents to try out your future community, meet the neighbors, get a feel for the rhythm of life there, and enjoy the amenities the same way residents do.
It’s called a Del Webb Day Pass and it’s our way of making you feel at home. During your visit, you’ll enjoy an all-access pass to explore our community.
You might also find yourself part of a community event or social club. However your visit unfolds, you’ll have a good time getting to know the community and discovering all that you have in common with the friendly folks who call Lake Providence home.
