Meet Our Lifestyle Director
Janine Rudd was born and raised in Weehawken, New Jersey with her mother, father and two sisters. In 1990, she was accepted into a scholarship secretarial program at The Grace Institute in New York. This program taught valuable administrative skills required so as to be more recognized by employers looking for new prospects. After graduation, she interviewed for a job at ABC-TV/Disney and accepted a position in the Video Sales Division working under the sales team to provide promotional materials for foreign and domestic clients interested in purchasing ABC-owned and licensed product. She remained at ABC until her division was relocated to Florida.
Janine is married and the mother of three children. After taking years off to raise her children, Janine decided it was time to enter the workforce again. She began with temporary work and was given a position as Lifestyle Director at River Pointe by Del Webb in Manchester Township until a replacement was found. She was at River Pointe for two months when they offered her the position of Lifestyle Director. Although she didn’t have the Lifestyle experience that the previous Lifestyle Directors had, her personality was a good fit with the community.
Janine loves helping people and having fun with the residents in planning monthly activities whether it is exercise classes, new trips or travel, social events coming up or forming new clubs. In her spare time she loves to be outdoors with her children riding bikes, going for long walks, jogging with her dog, gardening, reading or just going to a nice dinner and theater with her husband.
Even though River Pointe is still a small community, Janine looks forward to its growth possibilities when more clubs are created and the social events multiply. River Pointe will continue to offer more and more activities that make-up the active lifestyle residents moved here to enjoy.

About the Area

Directions
Garden State Pkwy-Southbound:
- Take exit 88 to Rte 70
- When you get off the exit, stay right and get onto 70 west for about 6 miles
- Turn right onto CR-571 (Ridgeway Rd); there is a Rite-Aid Pharmacy on the right hand side
- Continue on CR-571 for 1 mile
- Then take the first left turn after the train tracks onto Ridgeway Blvd
- The Sales Center is 1.3 miles down on the right side
Garden State Pkwy-Northbound:
- Take exit 82A towards Lakehurst onto Rte 37 west
- Continue for about 6.4 miles, and then turn slight left onto Rte 70 west
- Turn right onto CR-547 (Ridgeway Blvd)
- (There will be a McDonald's to your left and a Gulf Station to your right)
- At the fork in the road, take a slight right and continue Ridgeway Blvd for about 0.5 miles
- The Sales Center will be on the left side
Route 287-Traveling South:
- Take Garden State Pkwy exit (going southbound)
- Follow directions for Garden State Pkwy Southbound (above)
From Route 9:
- If going Rte 9 south, turn right onto CR-526 (West County Line Rd)
- Otherwise, from Rte 9 North, turn left onto CR-526 (West County Line Rd)
- Turn left onto CR-639 (Hope Chapel Rd) and continue for about 6 miles
- At the traffic light, turn left onto CR-571 (Ridgeway Rd)
- Then take the first right back onto Ridgeway Blvd
- The Sales Center is about 0.5 miles down on the right side
From Route 18 South:
- Merge onto Rte 9 South via Exit 30 toward Freehold
- Follow directions for Rte 9 above
From 33 East:
- Turn slight right onto CR-527 (Woodville Rd)
- Continue to follow CR-527 and turn right onto Whitesville Rd (You will still be on CR-527)
- Then turn right onto CR-547 (S. Hope Chapel Rd)
- At the traffic light, turn left onto CR-571 (Ridgeway Rad)
- Then take the first right back onto Ridgeway Blvd
- The Sales Center is about 0.5 miles down on the right side
From I-195 East:
- Take exit 16B toward Freehold onto CR-537 E (Monmouth Rd)
- Turn right onto Whitesville Rd CR-526/CR-571/W Commodore Blvd
- Continue to follow CR-571
- Turn right onto Ridgeway Blvd
- The Sales Center is on the right side
