Whether they're part of a smaller, more intimate setting or a large resort-style community, amenities are one way that Del Webb encourages residents to realize their full potential as individuals and as members of a community. Amenities are more than buildings and pools and fitness centers—they are invitations to meet your neighbors and explore new interests.

In Carolina Preserve, those opportunities present themselves in the 34,000 square foot clubhouse featuring state-of-the-art fitness, a heated indoor pool, ballroom, and a stadium kitchen. Outdoor amenities include scenic walking trails, tennis courts, bocce courts, a chipping and putting green, a pool and 15-acre lake.

In addition, the 12,000 square foot Amberly Residents Club offers a stylish multi-use center with a fitness center, event lawn, amphitheatre, Jr. Olympic pool, kids pool and adult pool. Amberly will also feature a Village Center offering small shops at the center of the community and a Town Center with additional shopping, entertainment, restaurants and office space.

Meet your Lifestyle Director

Meet Carolina Preserve’s Lifestyle Director, Jennifer Mooney. Jennifer is Carolina Preserve’s lifestyle director who helps run Bradford Hall and works with residents to plan community events and club activities. As the Lifestyles Director, Jennifer thrives to make sure you’re enjoying everything Carolina Preserve has to offer.

Originally from Southern California, Jennifer has over 25+ years of experience in marketing, communications, budgeting and event planning. Jennifer currently lives in Clayton, and loves spending time with her family boating, fishing, and she loves making crafty things. For her, working with the Carolina Preserve residents is a joy.

Clubs and Classes

You'll never run out of things to do at Carolina Preserve with all of the clubs and classes that you can join. If you enjoy playing games you can join the poker club, the mah jongg club, or just swing by one of the community game nights. Looking to let your creative side out? Check out the pottery club, photography club, or help put together the community newsletter. If sports are what you're into try the golf group, the bocce club, or tennis club. For those who want to meet new people there are plenty of socializing clubs as well such as the ladies and men breakfast groups. In addition to all of the groups that you can join there are also always classes available in Bradford Hall. Classes offer you the chance to try everything from yoga to square dancing to healthy cooking.

Fitness

You'll keep active and fit at the Carolina Preserve Fitness Center. This state-of-the-art facility features strength and cardiovascular equipment as well as a work out studio.

Arts and Crafts

Whether it is scrap booking, painting or a passion yet to be discovered, you’ll find ample of room to explore arts and crafts in Bradford Hall, the 34,000 square foot clubhouse.

Sports

You don't have to have a letter jacket to get into the game at Carolina Preserve. Rack 'em up in the billiards room, or cheer on your favorite team in the Varsity room. Show off your dance moves in the ballroom, or show 'em how it’s done on the bocce courts.

Golf

Practice on our putting and chipping green, or get a preferred tee time and hit the links at local courses.

Learning/Business Center

Keep abreast of world and local events, or catch up on your reading.

Trails

Carolina Preserve offers walking trails throughout the community as well easy access to city greenway trails and the historic Tobacco Trail. The town of Cary offers over 30 greenway trails and 12 suggested bike routes ranging from 1 1/2 miles to 11 miles.
