3 HOA Board Members are from the community and 2 HOA Board Members are from the Developer
What committees contribute to the governing board?
The Resident Board, consisting of 5 elected residents, work closely with the HOA Board.
Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests?
Yes
Are all the community activities included in the fees?
No. Activities/Events are sponsored by the Lifestyle Association, Resident Interest, & Resident Charter Clubs. Some activities may require a minimum cost.
Does the HOA have a reserve fund?
Yes. Reserve funds are maintained for future repair and replacement of assets that the HOA has long-term responsibility for, and are essential to a successful community. Reserves do not fund everyday expenses or more routine needs; the operating fund serves that.
How often are HOA fees increased?
There has not been an increase to date.

The Carolina Preserve CP Connections Group produces a quarterly Community Magazine. The Association also provides a monthly activity calendar, a weekly newsletter, and community website.

What are the rules for visiting grandchildren?
Carolina Preserve is an age restricted community. Children under the age of 19, may stay no more than 90 days in a consecutive 12 month period.
Are there activities for visiting grandchildren?
Occasionally. Also, children of the ages 4 and up are permitted to use the Carolina Preserve indoor pool during specified hours. Children may also enjoy guest privileges at the Amberly Pool and Resident Club accompanied by an adult resident of Carolina Preserve.
