Meet your Lifestyle Director
Our Lifestyle Director at Britton Falls serves as the manager of so many interesting programs to include recreational, social, cultural, travel, and entertainment designed to enrich the quality of life and enhance the vibrancy of the community for all our residents. Our lifestyle concept is designing programs, clubs and groups based on the interests of our homeowners. Kim Catellier, Lifestyle Director has been a part of the Britton Falls by Del Webb community since June 2008. Kim is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation. Kim has 8 years of recreation program management experience. Kim is married and lives in the Fishers area with her husband, Jeff, and her young son, Cooper. She enjoys being outdoors, running, being with her friends and family and is a HUGE Colts fan. Kim is very excited to be a part of this great community. The homeowners that live at Britton Falls are the icing on the cake with a touch of Hoosier hospitality!

Britton Falls offers the perfect setting for both nature and adventure lovers. The future 23,000 square foot recreation center, The Chateau, will offer an indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility, arts and crafts room, billiards, and multi-purpose space. You will enjoy the outdoor recreation offered by an outdoor pool, tennis and bocce ball courts, and miles of walking trails. Ten area golf courses are within miles of the community for added recreation. The community will also offer 100 acres of open space, including 15 surrounding lakes.
