Meet Your Lifestyle Director
Greetings! My name is Kim Krystopa and I am your Del Webb Stone Creek Lifestyle Director. I grew up in a small town called Sennett, NY which is about 20 minutes from Syracuse. I was very involved in my high school activities where I played field hockey, basketball and ran track as well as participated in many of the school clubs, honor roll, etc. I decided to go to college about 6 hours from home at a small school named Shepherd College. While at Shepherd, I majored in Recreation and Leisure Studies and minored in Business Administration and Early Childhood Education. My professional experience has involved: planning, implementing and evaluating, several different programs and activities.
I love doing anything outdoors (camping, fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, going to the beach, etc.). I really enjoy live music and going to concerts……country music is my preference but I do like all kinds of music. I also love to travel. To sum it up, I am an active person who likes to always have something to do and have fun doing it.
Here at Del Webb Stone Creek, I am dedicated to making the Del Webb lifestyle all that it can be through my passion and devotion to the recreation and leisure field. I work to make the current residents and future residents at Del Webb Stone Creek happy and as engaged as possible. I am a very hands on individual who likes to be involved in the organization that I work for. I look forward to getting to know you and creating lots of memories.

Stu and Connie Pearl
Connie and Stu have been married 46 years with two children and 5 grandchildren. Prior to moving to Stone Creek, they lived in York, PA for 43 years.
Career-wise, Connie is a Registered Nurse and has worked in both a hospital and doctor’s office environment. After our kids were in high school, she decided that she wanted to concentrate on working/helping the elderly. After doing some research, she found the best way to do that was to open her own Home Nursing Care business and she did just that in 1984. Connie sold her business to the VNA of York in 1995 but stayed on to assist with the transition until 1999 when she left to start a second business. The second company was also focused on helping the elderly remain in their home environment by providing and installing medical alert devices. This business also grew substantially prior to her selling it in 2008. Connie did transfer her nursing license to Florida and continues to volunteer for FEMA on an as needed basis.
Stu spent 43 years in the transportation industry; primarily in the sales and sales training areas. Through advancement opportunities with multiple national companies during his career, he held positions as District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Division Sales Manager, Director of Sales Training, Vice President Field Sales, Director of Distribution Sales and Director of Corporate Account Sales. The final 15 years of his career were spent with FedEx Freight. During most of his career, Stu traveled extensively throughout the US. Stu retired from FedEx Freight on July 14, 2009 and we left PA for our retirement home in Stone Creek on July 15, 2009. We not only wanted to get away from the cold, snow and long winters in PA, but we knew that we also wanted to be closer to our children and grandchildren so there was no hesitation to start the next phase of our life.
While we looked for a retirement/age restricted type community for almost two years throughout the southeast before we decided on Stone Creek, we pretty much knew from visiting other communities that we wanted a home somewhere in a Del Webb community because of the value and quality they offered. When we first visited Stone Creek, it did not take us long to decide to purchase our home in this community. In fact, we made the decision within 48 hours while staying at another retirement/age restricted type community nearby. The style, value and quality of the homes in Stone Creek were exactly what we had been looking for, along with the lifestyle and amenities that were available to residents. We were interested in a community that offered an active lifestyle and Stone Creek certainly provides many opportunities to stay active and physically fit. We are currently involved in many activities and clubs, utilize the facilities at Elan Spa regularly, play pickle ball several days a week and participate in many community sponsored functions/activities. In addition, the area offers many bicycle trails and places to kayak, which we also enjoy.
We have discovered that one of the many pluses of this community are the people and here at Stone Creek, we have found the residents to be friendly, caring, sharing and very welcoming. In our minds, this just further validates our decision to move to Stone Creek almost three years ago now and, in our opinion, we could not have made a better choice.
