Take I-95 South to J. Turner Butler Blvd East towards the Jacksonville Beaches
From Butler Blvd, exit South onto State Rd 9A
Continue 2 miles to Baymeadows Rd exit and turn left
From Baymeadows Rd, turn right in about .5 miles (North entrance past first entrance) onto Sweetwater Pkwy to guard gate
Proceed through guard gate, turn left into The Tides
Make immediate right on Surfbird Cir, where you will see sales office and model center parking will be on the left
Take I-95 North and exit on State Rd 9A
From 9A go North and exit onto Baymeadows Rd
From Baymeadows Rd, turn right in about .5 miles (North entrance past the first entrance) onto Sweetwater Pkwy to guard gate.
