About the Area

If you like to shop, you’ll want to explore Coastland Center with four department stores, 14 eateries and 150 specialty retailers. Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay-a collection of 60 distinctive shops and fine dining, is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. Fifth Avenue South has an eclectic array of galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and sidewalk cafés to enjoy. Coconut Pointe includes up to 1.4 million square feet of retail space plus 7 acres of lakes with a boardwalk and a variety of great restaurants. If you’re an outlet shopper, Miromar Outlets offer more than 120 top designer and great brand name manufacturers' outlets and occasionally features entertainment, including live music and water-skiing shows. And last but not least, Gulf Coast Town Center features several department stores, a movie theatre, restaurants, and specialty stores.
Recreation
You will have a hard time running out of things to do in the southwest Florida area. There are many outdoor activities that one could take advantage of such as: North Collier Regional Park, Sun-N-Fun Lagoon, Veterans Community Park, Vanderbilt Beach Park, Barefoot Beach Preserve County Park, Naples Beach and Fishing Pier, and Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens.

Mark and Marilyn Doren
We are so happy here at Del Webb. We love this community and our neighborhood is great! Mark and I went through the models in Del Webb and were impressed with the structure and the finishing touches. We already had a Pulte home elsewhere and were very satisfied, but we wanted to be out of the city and in the peace and quite. Our salesman did a great job of answering all of our questions from the beginning.
We moved into our home in Del Webb on October 31st and we couldn't be happier. We are so busy with meeting and making new friends, working out at the fitness center and riding bikes for miles and it is all in the same Ave Maria community. Del Webb has a lot to offer and we are looking forward to learning more about pickleball, bocce ball and a lot more. We just need more hours in the day to do everything! We ride our bikes into town every day to have a cup of coffee and we NEVER lock our bikes up and NEVER have to worry if they are going to be there or not. The college kids are so polite and respectful; it is truly a blessing to be a part of this community.

Carlos and I continue to be amazed at the peaceful and joyous community that we have experienced at Del Webb within the last year. Our calendar is filled with golf, bocce ball, pickle ball, bicycling, going to the gym, swimming in the water park, book clubs, bridge, barbecues, pot-luck-dinners, happy hours, tours and town/family festivals. Living in a university town gives us access to conferences, renowned speakers, college sports, the arts and on-going education- which we absolutely love. We have met good people in our neighborhood and have made solid friendships sharing our faith. We are truly blessed!
