Payment: A deposit equaling the amount of one night's stay is required at the time of reservation via credit card. The balance is due at time of check-in to facilitate a more convenient check-out process. Payment can be made in cash, money order, traveler's check, or with a major credit card. Personal checks will not be accepted. Pulte Homes, Inc. reserves the right to charge the credit card on file in the event that guest does not adhere to check-out time, no-smoking policy, or rules regarding pets.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests checking-in after regular business hours must refer to the "Late Check-In Procedure." Check-out times after 11:00 am are not available at this time. Any guests checking out after 11:00 am will be charged for an additional night's stay. Check-in/check-out occurs at the Model Home Center located at 5815 Sunset Falls Drive, Apollo Beach, FL 33572.
Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to this reservation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. Please call 866-813-4712 to cancel a reservation.
ADA Villa Accommodations: A villa with features that adhere to guidelines put forth by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) is available for guests who require it. These features include: wheelchair accessible doorways in all rooms, lowered countertops, sinks, and cabinets in kitchen, a handicap accessible shower, and extra grab bars installed in master shower and around the commode.
Cost: $79 per night, plus tax. (Rate is good until May 31, 2012.)
