Meet Your Lifestyle Director - Sue Santos

“I was introduced to the Anthem Ranch community four years ago, shortly after moving back to Denver. At the time I was impressed with how active Anthem Ranch was as a community then and I am still impressed today! To be a part of such a vibrant community is really exciting to me and I plan to use my experience and local contacts to bring new and different ideas to the homeowners of Anthem Ranch!”
"With over 25 years in the fitness, wellness and event planning fields, my passion is people. I enjoy getting to know the residents, their Lifestyle needs, and planning events and activities that get them to be more active and connected to each other and their community in which they live. In my opinion, a great place to live is where neighbors don’t identify where they live based upon geographical locations but by the neighbors and activities that connect them!"

A Colorado native, Sue lives in Centennial, graduated from Colorado State University and received her Masters from the University of Denver. Most recently, Sue was the Director for Lifestyle Services for Hammersmith Management, creating and implementing programs for over 200 associations, while prior to that, she managed a large-scale community in Carbondale, Colorado where she also created Lifestyle events and activities for that community. “I am really excited to be able to focus on building relationships with the residents and exceeding their expectations,” she explains.

Sue has her own active lifestyle where she partakes in competitive softball and “anything sports” all while spending time with her husband, Bobby, and daughter, Shay, 5. Please join us in welcoming Sue to the Anthem Ranch Community.
