What do you like about your Del Webb community?
The Club is a community of very friendly, caring people that come from all professions. The Retreat provides a natural gathering place for continuous year round activities for groups of people with the same interests. In the short time we’ve been here, we have enjoyed having a large number of neighbors that we see on a regular basis that enjoy doing the things we like to do. We moved here to be closer to our family and grandchild who live only seven miles away. The city of Roseville is a well designed community that reminded us of Torrance without the traffic problems! We also enjoy the four seasons.
What clubs and activities do you enjoy most?
Stan is active in the Bocce Ball group, Men’s club and Poker club. Kay plays Spite and Malice (a card game) with a group of really fun gals. She has also gone on several outings with the Good Time Girls. We both enjoy the Friday night Mexican Train games. The Luaus and Christmas parties have been highlights and the monthly potlucks are great. There is something to do here for just about everyone!

What do you love most about your Del Webb home?
We like our homes’ large family room and the openness of the dining/living room in front of the kitchen because it allows for great flexibility when entertaining. We also love the light that comes in from the many windows in the living area. The back yard also feels like it almost a part of the house!
What do you like about your Del Webb community?
We love the Roseville area and being close to the mountains. We wanted to have neighbors at the same general age as us to socialize with and Del Webb continues to offer many opportunities to do that.
What clubs and activities do you enjoy most?
We enjoy the exercise classes, art class, craft group, walking group, car group and the book club. We also enjoy the special events The Club puts on. The Good Time Girls monthly outings and lunches have been a real treat.

We really appreciate the high quality, appearance and variety in the homes and streetscape. We also really like that the front yards are maintained. My home is very bright with lots of light in the daytime.
What do you like about your Del Webb community?
We like that The Club is a 55+ community and offers many services. We enjoy living within the city of Roseville where we are in close proximity to good health services and close to our family.
What clubs and activities do you enjoy most?
We are in the Breakfast Club, Tai Chi, Wine Group, Crafts Group, Book Club and the Good Time Girls. We both enjoy the wide variety of activities offered.
Day pass
