One of the best things about living in Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago is you can relax knowing your community will keep on looking as beautiful as the day you first saw it. That's because your Homeowners Association (HOA) dues help pay for maintaining all of your community's common areas and amenities. Not only does that help protect your property values, it ensures you'll always be proud to call Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago your home.


Items covered by the HOA

  • Shared sidewalks
  • Weekly garbage and recycle pickup by Saguaro Environmental
  • Private streets maintained by the HOA
  • Recreation facilities (recreation center, sports courts, pools, common area grounds, walking trails inside the community)

 


HOA Dues

  • $1,608 yearly per household
  • Annual increases capped at 10%/year or % increase in the CPI
  • Collected monthly
  • Master dues $288 yearly per household, ($72 paid quarterly)

No one under 4 years of age or with diapers is allowed in pools. No one under 19 is allowed in fitness center. Children swim hours are between 11am-1pm & 4-6pm.

Not at this point.
